Tasty rediscovery of tradition
Visit to the Winery:
with explanations about the differentiaded production processes for withe and red wines.
Visit to the vinegar cellar:
with explanations on the whole production chain of balsamic vinegar;also for the vinegar,the production process is followed step by step through the boiling room, the musts deposit room, the barrel room and the ageing room.
Tasting in a family atmosphere:
we start with a welcome glass of Pignoletto (withe sparkling wine) next we have local cured meats accompanied with oven-hot focaccia and with a glass of Lambrusco Grasparossa (red sparkling Wine)
we continue with the tasting of three types of balsamic vinegar with different ageing and three traditional sauces with balsamic vinegar
Then we have slivers of Parmigiano Reggiano and local sweets
We finish with ancient and tasty recipe of wine with fruit
Duration: the complete visit is about 2 hours
